Yes, it is all pretty much, a desperate series of arguments to validate any criminal behavior that Trump wants to commit and to set-up him never being prosecuted for that behavior.

The judge in the absolute immunity case was obviously asking the question to see how far Trump and his lawyers intended to go with this argument. The answer was a loud ALL THE GODDAMN WAY!

This case in many ways is answering the question, what kind of government are we going to have? Is a president allowed to do absolutely anything, including killing his fellow Americans? This is granting the president to the ability to go on any crime spree he wants. Kill, rape, pillage...he cannot be prosecuted unless he is impeached by the House and Senate but he is free to kill them if he feels like it as well. So, he can kill anybody before they can impeach him.

His lawyers have argued some fucked up stuff already, that the president is not an officer of the United States, that Trump never swore an oath to uphold, defend, and obey the Constitution. Honestly though, this one is the ultimate. It grants the president total dictatorial powers over everybody and everything.

People have to grasp this one. They have got to understand this is the power Trump wants and believes he should have. He can do anything to anyone and if you don't like it or complain, he can kill you.
