So, if Trump's argument is found valid, that according to his lawyers he could kill anybody running against him in an election, or Biden could because he is currently president, but they could not be prosecuted for it unless they are impeached by the House and Senate...that means the president could do this:

1. Kill a person or people running against him. 

2. Before they can impeach him start killing Senators and Congresspeople and their families and having their bodies left on the steps of Congress as a message that if you try to impeach, you will be killed.

3. He would then have total and absolute immunity because everyone would be scared shitless to try to impeach him. 

That is the scenario that argument sets up. It immediately turns this country into North Korea, Nazi Germany, whatever horrible example you want to make. 

Seriously, a guy that was president and is running for president has lawyers making this argument in court.

I know Trump says shitty things all the time, but this one is really totally off the fucking wall.
