First of all - kudos for for starting your list with the mentally ill. Not to be mocked, obviously, but definitely a strong correlation - especially with the massive amount of fear-based manipulation. But I would like to add an additional subgenre - former (or would be) tea partiers. The big govt is taxing me too much crowd. Now, maybe they fit into your already laid out schema - but if not - I would propose them to the list. I speak from personal experience here.
