Well, many artists through history got the shaft, before they were appreciated...unfortunately most of them had to die before they were "discovered"! It's nice to see that there is a hard-core group of supporters for David B.
A few years ago, when I just got on-line, I punched "Baerwald" into a search engine, and lo and behold, I found what I guess was David B's personal home page... I took a chance and kicked out an E-Mail, thanking him for the enjoyment his work brought me, and asked if there was a follow-up in the works for "Triage". To my surprise, I received a response. He thanked me for thanking him. That's style. Maybe that's enough for a real artist...knowing that one person was moved enough to take the time to say..."Thank You". I think that's what generated this project, his knowing we want to hear what he has to say.
Ah, well...off to the post office tomorrow for a US money order....gotta figure out how to attach return US postage to the mailer...maybe kick on an extra 5 bucks to the money order....
