David Baerwald & The NFU – 2002.06.11 Village Underground, NYC (2002)

I thought we'd seen the last of the 2002 NFU tour - then I stumbled across this lost gem. The NFU in New York City. It comes to us from the taper - Ehud Lazin - who I think is the same guy here.

The setlist was familiar to this tour. I do think it's the first live appearance of Come What May on this tour as I don't think they were playing this live in Austin. In the audience was Davitt Sigerson - producer of Boomtown and David's Yoda. His debut album was presented here.

All in all an enjoyable set and happy that it's getting some airplay here albiet nearly 21 years later! - thanks Ehud.
