Not buying that.  I'm most decidedly NOT a Republican, but I live among many here in Texas.  Almost never hear support for Putin in any capacity.  What I have heard is people speculating that a successful resistance to him will strengthen NATO and should be a bit of a feather in the cap of Joe Biden during what has been, economically, a truly disastrous first term so far.  That particular MSNBC clip is propaganda on a FoxNews/Tucker Carlson level, which is to say a lot.
