I definitely don't speak for David - but as I recall in past interviews - I think he moved away from Oxford very early in his life. I think they moved from there to Japan. I could be wrong.
As for Robbie Gjersoe - his name doesn't ring a bell for me. I see he's a musician as well. Did he play on anything we would know?
