hate to be too group-mindy, but DaWester and Kathryn put it well well well. also, he's pretty funny for a bumpkin from Livermore. 

personally, i didn't mind KGB, whoops i meant KDB, but perhaps that's only because i've learned to view extremists as primarily entertainment. well, that and i'm not a SHAPE SHIFTING LIZARD so i didn't get BARBEQUED. (sorry, Kent old boy...love ya, but you've become an easily satirized archetype at this point...)

and all this talk about acorns and hamsters....verrry intriguing. reminds me of one of my favorite sayings: so many gerbils, so little time. hey, stuff 'em if ya got 'em, you know? kathryn, feel free to elaborate if you would be so unkind.

(also, PS to DaWest - made 5 copies of that superb Bill doc but the technology was indeed archaic and they didn't come out so great. :( will borrow friend's VCR and try try again. i would've emailed you this privately but my 'puter is so infested it takes 15 minutes to write one email. virus-writers...ain't they grand? get a rope!)
