The one thing I hear conservatives talking about here (especially more religious ones) as an actual accomplishment was approval of Supreme Court and other judges. That will have a long tail, of course, but I also think those same conservatives may find themselves disappointed when people like Roberts and Kavanaugh don't rule in lockstep with them.
