Yes.  The trip was done in 5 1/2 days, and there were three "centuries."  It was taxing, but we were young.  A few days didn't go all that well, and we lost a support vehicle twice (this was before cel phones, of course).  So . . . 5 years later, we did it again!  That time went really well.  There was lots of fiddle jamming on the beach and in campgrounds at night.  Having one person nominated to drive a support truck so we didn't have to haul tents and food was a good idea.

Occasionally, there was another player in nearby camp sites who would hear some music, wander over, and even join in.

Not all of that stretch is great riding.  There is an extended inland section near Tillamook that wasn't so much fun.  And there's an enormous hill outside Lincoln City that just destroyed us.  The northern Oregon coast is probably the most beautiful, but the southern section near Bandon and down to the California border was flatter and was better riding, with lots of views.

At one point, I remember seeing a homemade sign on someone's land, right next to US 101.  The sign said, "If you trespass to steal cedar you'l be arrested."  (with the wrong spelling as shown)  So what did we do?  We trespassed but didn't steal any cedar.
