I need to say a few words, regarding DACA.Trump insists on merit based immigration: We have more than 700,000 young
people, many, perhaps most, well educated, have grown up here, and satisfy
requirements of "merit based" immigration. Why can't Trump simply
acknowledge that and approve DACA immediately. The shutdown would not have
occurred.These young people are as American as apple pie.
