Went to the Rodgers Flea Market on Friday. It is the largest Flea in Ohio, and geographically it's near the border intersection of Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Kinda' redneck heaven if you know what I mean. I had not yet gone this year, and I was expecting a lot of Trump signs and gee- jaws. I was not disappointed. At least a dozen booths were selling Pro- Trump / Anti-Hillary signs, t-shirts, buttons, etc. All the usual lock the bitch up bullshit we have all seen on the stump and the news.

What I was NOT expecting was the White Nationalist stuff. I ran across at least 5 booths that were selling Nazi/Klan paraphernalia. One vendor who specializes in all types of flags had a Nazi and Confederate flag hung side by side at the back of his booth. Both were heavily stocked for $20.00 each. Another had WWII era Nazi pieces next to a wide assortment of Jim Crow era signs and black-face ephemera. The rest had black-face pieces sprinkled in among the usual Flea offerings of mid century ceramics and carnival glass. The previous times I went this was not the case - there were just the regular flea offerings.

Then there were the Outdoors-men booths. While the vendor rules state that no guns are to be sold at the regular Flea, (They have 2 or 3 gun/sportsman shows a year) there were several that were selling long guns and ammunition. One guy went for the trifecta of Sportsman, Nazi & Norse/Viking. Truly striking - rifles, Nazi memorabilia and long swords.

Now if I could just get rid of the knot in my stomach.
