The republicans are taking a HUGE risk blocking any appointment. If the SC
ties 4/4, the lower court opinion stands. 9 of the 13 federal appeals
courts are majority democrat justices. If they succeed in playing this out
for the year, we'll see heads explode when Hillary appoints Bill or Bernie
appoints Liz Warren to the SC.
