He's calling it a panhandling? Not a term I'm familiar with but I think it
means crowd-funding. The date keeps getting pushed back though - originally
14th, then 21st and have heard no more.From what I can gather he and the other David plus Bernie Taupin are in a
studio somewhere which sounds very promising indeed.
