At the opposite end of the spectrum, the girls and I went to see the Arctic Monkeys last week - that Alex Turner certainly has a stage presence as the shrieking from the mostly teenage girl fanbase can attest to. Very loud but enjoyable. Would I go again? - perhaps not. Would Karina? - oh yes! What's more they played on a Tuesday night in Perth, so she got 2 days off school - win-win!Next four concerts for us - The Glenn Miller Orchestra (who we saw 18 months ago - wonderful); The White Album concert http://www.whitealbumconcert.com/Looking through a Glass Onion (a tribute to John Lennon that is heading your way) http://premier.ticketek.com.au/shows/show.aspx?sh=JOHNWATE14and finally Boy and Bear (for the third time) - go if you get the chance!Fun times ahead.
