Last show at that building was last week. CSU bought the building - It and the old Holiday Inn/Viking Hall are coming down for new construction. CSU has been on a building tear lately - East campus is all new dorms and apartments. Northwest is getting the Fine Arts campus abutting Playhouse square. Peabody's will be booking future shows at the Agora on Euclid/55th, which is kinda' karmic, since CSU bought and bulldozed the old Agora on 22nd/St. Claire. Hank Loconti is pushing 90, so the Agora has been slowing down of late, this should reinvigorate the place.
