I am putting together some songs for me to perform at a memorial to a friend's child who died last Summer, and I thought that "Come What May", as performed by David at the Austin show would be a fitting testament to life and love. Problem is, I can't make out the 4th line of the first verse, "It's like I never smelt the fresh cut grass, ?_____________.

I'd appreciate it if anyone could email me off list with that line; I was able to get the rest, as David performed it.

There will come a day when I will sing that to my Wife and later to Branden's spirit; it's a little too soon still.

Thank you all for the prayers and compassion. Branden was one of the most easy-going, giving people that I've had the pride and honor to know. There is a photo taken about 2 weeks before his death in a Blackhawk; is there any interest in seeing it posted to the Gallery?
