Hang Tight, Cassie & Pride/Progeny, thru this harrying state of being. IT’S a thrilling thing. Even a 2012 feeling sorta sordid kinda thingy. Know I honestly wish we were there as neighbors to assist in your battening if applicable & share that moment o landfall...but U know we are belted into the protocol of soft-quarantine. I hope U and Andrea can talk hurricane preparedness this weekend at least. Don’t know exactly why I suggested that but…feels like it couldn’t hurt to share it. Thanks for this ol’ jamband o musicians’ musicians –video, hope ya don’t mind m’ passin’ it along in reply to your post dbisly. First NYC coastal perfect storm in like a century, ey? Jeez, talk about crap timing, sista; JEE-EEZ. You groovy people stay too cool for school, K? Now let this jam get in2 U one more time like it did this morning. Not so much the story although it iz a wana-be simile to sum degree from sea to raging sea…a metaphor de symbolic no less, no more, than the press’d have you believe they could dare conceive of in a dreamscape reality just this side o Beale Street enhanced frustrations elevated above the din of wave-current ocean taking handfuls of landfills by the dump truck load & no sign o yielding to the tap-out. Our black & red heart regaliaed spirits go up & out to U. Ain’t it kinda neat, though, that we people seem to be pulling ourselves up by our boot strings ‘side bowstrings as a whole -collectively …& other civic things? & artistry. Anyway, here’s Ry Cooder & The Moula Banda Rhythm Aces: Goodnight Irene. An ode 2what a lovely ol' jam it is.

Hugs & Good Energies,
