Bohemian Trundler, eh, I looked it up. Thanks for a new word.

A lot of us have a schizophrenic view of Hitchens. The contempt he insisted that journalists should have for political candidates and office holders simmered barely below the surface of his relationship with the world.

Arrogance from not suffering fools came through loud and clear. But what a mind, what articulation of his positions. "Polarization and dialectic bring clarity". "Support reason and science against superstition" will be at the center of an epitaph, one I hope medical science is able to prolong for a good many years. One wonders if it was superstition (blind faith) against science that compelled him to light one cigarette from another. Pity!

I can't answer the 'poultice of poison piss" regard of his and his peers' preachments.

Whatever has gone before, here we are.

We've heard the great poets, philosophers, playrights, scientists, song writers, and political orators. We've read the history books.

And here we are!
