a very long time. It's not really news but I'm glad you're aware.
I'm sorry about the stroke but more concerned about your anger. We all get old and sick and die.
That's
as predictable as the sun coming up tomorrow. How we choose to deal with that is what makes the
difference. I wish you a better place than you seem to be in right now.
