That's rich. The Nigerians make it about damn near impossible to do any business there without being asked for a bribe. Unless they are serious about cleaning their own house, this is a pretty meaningless charge. Further, if Halliburton is culpable (and they very well might be), it's not likely that this reached the desk of the CEO.
