As was explained somewhere that I was reading about the evolution of a show is
that they do not give shows the time needed to develop. They being the ones
with the money, unfortunately. There was some guy (mega millionaire) that I
read about in the New Yorker and he made millions and millions and more on
entertainment and would not only grouse about costs but would get out of paying
any sort of taxes. I think Cass would know who I am speaking of. Oh sigh. I
agree about the soapiness of LUX and that there were some really endearing
moments. But the daughter and mother had some really rough edges that were a
bit hard to take, specially from the female point of view. continuing to
sigh...
