This assumes that the Klan/Birchers/et.al have not been fighting the civil war outcome since it ended. These throwbacks have always been with us, will always be with us, and in periods of their ascendancy (like now) need to be slapped down HARD! The DLC is definitely not up to the task, and John Stewart blew his chance last Saturday. Tis' a shame.P.S. I started a new tradition this year of watching two horror movies every Halloween - Birth of a Nation and Dr. Strangelove. ;-)
