Herbal “tea” mixtures (including chamomile, echinacea, lemongrass, mint & other balms, berries, roots, red sumac, coltsfoot, ..long list), no cream, sometimes local wildflower or clover honey.
Black tea (with or without oil of bergamot), with half-&-half and wildflower or clover honey (also blue agave..but it’s too expensive).
Oolong (Wu long) and Green teas, no cream or sweetener, light steep (2-3 min. in hot but NOT boiling water).
Although I’da never thunk it, ..recently I tried Green tea (steeped slightly longer) with half-&-half and wildflower honey, and I really like it. Looks like hot milk..but the smooth low-tannin green tea taste comes through. Having some now asamatteroffact, maybe help calm a restless mind....
