Yeah, I remember the day well... I read that article on the Letterman Show, just couldn't take it. So I poisoned, stabbed, shot, hanged and electrocuted myself simultaneously. (which required quite a feat of logistics and engineering, I might add.) But none of it took. "Dave", I recall saying to myself as I dangled from the rafters, bullet wounds mysteriously painless and unbleeding, knife blade tickling my spine, "you are quite clearly as indestructible as Rasputin, better take advantage of that", so I cut myself down, got a ticket to St. Petersburg, and have been operating as a serial killer of the Russian plutocracy ever since.
