Um...I might be wrong, but I think that this is what DB successfully does to support his family. As opposed to some folks. I've sort of seen these conversations divide fellow music fans/musicians regarding anyone from the Floyd - (all the transistors and resistors - they're inhuman! Can't you people see?!?) to Zep - (Page overdubbed his rhythm parts) - I personally liked the 'hedgeclipper' sample found in Secret Silken World. I don't know what the notes are for that bit - it doesn't matter. It worked to great affect for me as a listener.

Likewise, it doesn't matter if I've got a steel string that Elvis sat on - or enough circuitry to launch a shuttle with - What matters is what's done with it...that takes talent! If it didn't there wouldn't be any need for synchronised boy bands or gangsta posturing!
