Parcheesi, Sorry, The Game of Life, Monopoly, Careers, later Mancala. Risk, Clue. Played these with my kids. Mille Borne even in High School. Something about tradition, rules, learning how to win, lose, even try to cheat. Without music, action figures, etc.I may seem like a old fuddy duddy but I do believe that there were real skills involved as well as playing with family and friends and not against some unknown screen.
