That’s more to the point, yes. Six in one hand, half a dozen in the other. A paradox? &
if it must remain a constant stain, than the entire Earthly experiment is a sweeping failure,
but with small illuminations individually. Not enough to make for a cool Western society
in the 21st Century, but maybe enough (if perhaps we are souls, …or even if not) to have
made a lifetime worth all the mess. It’s sad, pitiful true, but life’s had it’s rare moments.
