ohhh, Kathryn. I’ve never felt like leaving this board alone…until now. If your wonderful
progeny, Alyssa, is reading the dbis regularly…yikes, that gives me a bad feeling. As the
dbis is unequivocally a twisted, wicked, very adult oriented board ..and in so many good
ways … for sake of adult humor and adult discourse difficult to find evolving in the 21st
Century. ………But jeez, not if the kids are joining in.
This is in no way a suggested ban on Alyssa, my guess is she’s in the upper percentile of
uber-smart teens in America today, and I mean that wholehearted, but there are and will
be some shocking things shared on any board (I believe) that boasts David Baerwald and
DB fans, sure as shit, ..as a whole lot of us are gravely older been-around-the-block men
aiming not to let the worst of humanity and it’s aggressive censors against luminosity and
humor slake our reserves for curiosity and the bar room tussle. ..& certainly that’s not to
ignore the apt matriarchal representatives herein, ...surely not. I mean, I’m only speaking
for myself here, but jeez, the dbis is a last sanctuary for unfettered free speech and visual.
But if one is to value decorum and the well-being of young ones, maybe not anymore.
