I figured one more lofty alcohol induced opinion couldn’t hurt:
Perhaps our professor expressed some class bias towards the
ordinary civil servant in his home---not all that unbelievable. Or
maybe our cop was a little too tightly wound---not implausible.
Some good points made. ...The RIGHTS as well as the LEFTS;
the race card rioters, ...bigots, logicians, & the cop on the job.
It's difficult to ramrod in either side. Maybe if we break this
little Def Jam down to its root note, and let it resonate…

Whether or not (in a civil act of human connectivity) the prof thanked the officer for his
due diligence ...while offering him a perfect cup o fresh brewed mocha java, this scenario
probably should not EVER have escalated beyond a thumb against a mic switch and an,
“All clear, suspect is the resident.”
