Our neighborhood had a blast. Starting around noon the fire crackers were firing. By midnight the sky had been ablaze for a good 4 hours. What recession (just kidding). We have a strange way with fireworks here in that they are legal to buy but not to ignite, which, by the debris I saw whilst walking the dog this am is totally ignored. Who doesn't like all those sparklies in the sky?
