What was the reason to strip it back down? Sheesh. We are in the throes of who is going to work where. Why one person is layed off then reappearing in another position which was created for them when everything else is frozen...or so they say. Boggles the mind. And do they ever talk about how any of what anyone is doing is affecting the product (as it were) NO! I am also with you in watching and waiting to really show me that Pres. O is going to follow through with what I voted for him to do. Sigh. But it has started raining, which is a wonderful thing in the land that is based on water.
