I'm not saying impeach him, Ed, and I supported him instead of McCain/Palin. However, allowing lobbyists into appointed positions after all and the strange double standard of the Geithner tax problems vs. the Daschle result. And is trustworthiness truly the best indication for a politician? After all, one of the most trustworthy I can remember in recent times was Tom Delay . . . he did EXACTLY what he said he would do in office. But that didn't make him correct, didn't make him "good." He was a prick, albeit a consistently reliable one.Back to Obama: near the end of the election, he positioned himself as a centrist. I think he's done "OK" in that regard, but obviously there are a lot of people who disagree and believe he's run further left since election. No doubt you aren't one of those people.
