John is originally from Sussex, so they are starting there (Horsted Keynes). Alyssa is mad keen on English history, so has a long list of sites to visit, especially from Tudor times - Hever Castle, Anne of Cleves House in Lewes, The Tower of London, lots of castles and cathedrals.John has a cousin and aunty in Cumbria, so they will head there for a few days. They will go to London, but mostly be in the countryside. Being from farming stock, they naturally talk about the weather, so that bit should be no problem.
