I like her music a lot, but if you don't like Australian accents, she'll drive you up the wall! She has an incredibly broad twang. Her songs are fairly deep and meaningful, but have a tendency to be a bit on the dark side, perhaps reflecting her life experiences? I'd definitely go to see her if she came here.
It's Australia Day today. If I see another pair of Australian flags hanging from car windows, I'm going to go insane! Commercialised patriotism. Still, we don't come near to matching the patriotic fervour shown in your country...
