Both my son (15) and I have just been amazed at why sooo many evangelicals, catholics, and mormons seem to care about nothing else other then what gay couples are doing . . . boggles the mind . . .

locally (Nevada County, CA) we are a whisker away from having a moderate democrat (Charlie Brown) beat a carpetbagging partisan republican (McClintock) for the seat being vacated by the corrupt Dolittle . . . and my little county known for many years as a bastion of right wing republican values actually voted for Obama by a wide margin . . . i'm proud . . .
