By gosh you're right, it is there all in one place it is well-written and lordy, is it scary. Paulson was at Goldmann Sachs, right? Another group where I'm sure people who have tons of money invested with them are going to be yanking it out. Goldmann is a big derivatives group in countries like Germany and Switzerland.

I was talking to someone who works in the financing of large deals yesterday and he was saying what a difficult time his group has had (since back in December) securing any funding--even from supposedly secure banks--even though they have a decades long record of superb credit and repayments.

That which is fecal is entirely too close to the fan.
