I wash every day, some times twice if there's enough hours after I've spent the day totally misunderstanding why an aerial hunting loving, anti-choice, 6 colleges in 6 year, lying nitwit should be offered to be the number 2 to a man who has twice in the past decade had the worst form of skin cancer.

I know this country is chock full of people who will fall for that hockey mom pablum she's trying to dish and that scares me, you bet. I know that the democrats have a knack for defeat from the hands of victory.

Could care less about her hair, but her willingness to expose an infant to the lights, and more importantly the intense noise she's exposed that baby to says a lot to me--a person knows and likes a lot of actual babies. You can tell people you're pro family until the snow mobiles come home but you protect your infant from loud noise. It's called being humane.

Why would a decent person expose a young woman--her 17 year old--to the national scrutiny and humiliation she had to know was coming? What sort of person does that to their own child? She knew the business with the daughter had to come out. Had to.

I come from cow country and I've met a lot of local politicians of the small and rural locales and some of them have a knack for governing the small and rural but I wouldn't put them in charge of the collapsing nation we currently live in. Palin is small potatoes, a local fish fry featured speaker. I know a ton of folks from smalltown America who are big and powerfully minded individuals, folks who make amazing contributions to better the lives of others. This woman, though is a phony baloney.

I'm nobody's sycophant. I'm a fan of David's music and a lot of his thinking I've read here.

I would love it if a woman were president. Nothing sexist about this for me.

She is taking foreign policy lessons for crissakes. If you can honestly say that someone taking foreign policy lessons from the Bush/McCain folks is someone you're comfortable with taking the reigns of the country, well you must have some special super powers to see that everything is just gonna be great that I don't have.

And by the way, can your man McCain stop milking his POW/war hero story? US Grant wouldn't have done it. Ike either--and they actually did something to change the world.
