Welcome. Great to have you here.
You seem prepared to play with the boys and
we need that.
As for women in office, I agree but they still
need to be tougher, softer, smarter, more coy
and deal with old guard white men and established
advisory teams. Isn't there something still
comfortably paternal about her, McCain, Cindy?
Kind of icky so far.
Not sure Sarah Palin fits the bill - sad that we're
still SO excited that there's a woman on the slate
24 years AFTER Geraldine Ferraro, even as a Republican
groundbreaker. If she surprises and impresses
me, more's the better. But it smacks of rolling
the dice and complete condescension.
Americans get what they deserve/expect/work for...
expensive fuels, crappy airline food and more
television programs about losing weight I'll bet they
change her lipstick application...and fast.
