Not drilling.  Most of the petroleum there is locked up in shale.  It may be financially feasible to extract now, though.

By all means, should have been done when we were at the bottom of the price cycle.  Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.

It was shown in last year's experiment that it did very little to change power consumption. 

I'm surprised David was so dismissive of your post.  I would have thought #'s 3-5 would have rung a bell.
