If you loved that song posted a while back Carry Me Ohio, you will like most of their other offerings. Mark's voice is often wistful, and I can't hear the words, but the melodies are great.  Many of the lyrics are disturbing a/o bizarre, some extremely beautiful.  This is one band either you love 'em or you hate 'em.

One of my favs is the opening line to the first song on their first CD, entitled Glen Tipton.  It's got a beautiful melody, but the last lines are about the guy musing over the wallet contents of a girl he has apparently murdered.  Very fucked up, but....the CD is entitled Ghosts of the Great Highway and has been reissued with some bonus tracks in 2007. I think the original came out many years earlier.
