It was like a bad acid trip that wasn't ending... Find a way to step back, push yourself away from the hype and frenzy and the rhetoric. Change is scary but we so need a change. On the bright side , how could it get worse (that's your cue Pat)?

Don't leave forever just give yourself a nice Time-Out. Rent a few non political comedies (Superbad or maybe Ghostbusters) take in some sports or a few libations with friends. Just look away from the TV and the net for a bit a find your footing.
