Do the following though, call Carl McIntyre and tell him about the geetar. I think he only does pickups these days, but he is a luthier par excellence and has worked on Doc Watson's guitars for a long time...even built him one once. His phone number is listed on the website. Very personable fellow and extremely knowledgeable, especially about Martins.
