I've spent some time down there. The educated and employed all think the guy's an insane egotisticall dictator. The problem is that the peasants out number them by 10 to 1 and are satisfied with food. The coumtry has incredible resources. Food grows wild in almost all regions so keeping the masses fed and happy is simple. Besides the oil money they have one of the largest deposits of aluminum ore in the world. Makes you wonder what Bush's buddies at ALCOA think. On that matter a large population of poor people comes in handy in the mining industry.
