My point was that Greenspan is now encouraging that process and encouraging a regional currency(although arguably the US went after Saddam twice to keep him from doing just that, pegging his oil to the Euro). Which(regional currency), is not unlike the idea of the coming Amero for the North American Union or whatever they're going to call the currency for the emerging African Union.
