Actually, Froggy was a "The Ghoul" (Ron Sweed) thing. A pale imitation.
Ghoulardi was another level entirely. The best way I can explain it -
Remember that epiphany you had when you were 10 or so years old, when you figured out that your parents and teachers really didn't know it all? Now picture that epiphany happening to an entire city of kids, simultaineously, at midnight, every Friday, while watching "Attack of the Fifty Foot Woman".
That was Ghoulardi.
