Sounds like a flu there, buddy, not a "cold".  Must be going around California.  I was just up in Northern Cali trying to schmooze with Gene Parsons ( a futile pursuit...I've failed to hook up with him the past 3 visits), and he was similarly ill.   Maybe it's California Musician's Virus?    Which reminds me...gotta get my flu shot soon.
