Willie Alexander-Dog Bar Yacht Club. Get it, especially you Mass. and NE natives. Boston native, but
I think he is based in NYC now.
I normally find it hard to listen to straight, unrelenting rock for an entire CD, but this one is a
gem. I
can't define it, but it has every, and I mean every element of superb rock you have ever heard.
And..the man is a stupendous songwriter.
He was a punker in 70's, I think even played with Velvet Underground at one time and he is
about 64
years old, but so help me, you won't be able to tell. Sounds like a 25 year old wit' an axe to grind, and
man how the M.F'er loves to grind.
If you don't like it, I'll reimburse you....serious.
