This is a very interesting point, most of those on this site who support the invasion have being arguing this was a liberation of the Iraqi people from a brutal dictator and needed to be done to save us from an eminent Iraqi threat. The relative ease of our apparent victory actually bolsters my opinion that Iraq never was, nor ever would have been a serious threat, at least not one that needed a full-on invasion to thwart. And now are we going to roll into every oppressive regime, and if not, does it then make this administration hypocritical, at the very least?
