That is bad. I left Colorado eons ago, in part due to such water restrictions(necessary though they may be). Having lived in places with an abundance of water, nice as Colorado was, I knew I needed to move someplace where there was/is plenty of water. Much of Vermont qualifies.

So in other areas the draught has broken, at least temporarily?

Too, are these regulations a recent development, or long standing? Many of our western states have had similar regs in place since the 70's, perhaps before that but that would be prior to my recollection.

I love Aussie efficiency in spelling out the details of a matter,
